While, building and maintaining close working relationship with the core project team, regional finance & Corporate Finance teams, and our business operations & technology partners along with our clients within the business. Job ResponsibilitiesGather, understand and document finance business requirements and support the preparation of functional specificationsDevelopment / review of detailed operating model from a business and process perspective (touch-point into regional / global operating model)Define and document requirements e.g. controlled migration of ref. data, setup of legal entities and product systems’ feeds to the target finance environmentDeveloping & implementing appropriate governance structures to support the project delivery.Work with the Program test manager to develop test strategy, document test plans, test scripts and test data, ensuring adequate testing of business requirements and operating model.Actively pursue the resolution of business issues identified during testing Work with Business Lead to co-ordinate project efforts and migration plans Work to identify and manage project risks.Work independently, with minimal supervision, often making effective decisions/judgements.Ensure all project documentation are updated in project repository Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsKnowledge of finance business functions, processes, and supporting technology platformsKnowledge of regional finance operating model and end-to-end business processesUnderstanding of CIB products’ financial accounting Familiarity with line-of-business systems, middle office operations, and related products/business areas Project management knowledge (project lifecycle, governance, controls, best practices)Strong business and structured business analysis skillsExpertise across core finance functions, with some business/product knowledgeInfluencing, negotiation, and conflict management skillsStrong communication and presentation skills (clear, concise, written and oral)Strong personal effectiveness: team player, able to multi-task, proactive ownership, sound judgementDelivery focus and attention to detail; proficient with desktop tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project); accounting or PM qualification JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
