Shaka Taco in Hampstead, NC is looking for front of house shift leads to join our 52 person strong team. We are located on 2368 Country Club Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
- Weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
