Medicare Sales Field Agent

Humana seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to drive Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plan enrollments across an assigned territory. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct community-based sales events, educate seniors on plan options, and complete compliant enrollments. Partner closely with local providers, brokers, and community organizations to build pipeline and meet growth targets. You will use CRM tools to track activity, follow strict CMS and Humana compliance standards, and deliver member-focused service aligned with Humana’s mission to improve health and well-being.
