  • An ideal option for PRN nurses seeking a flexible schedule!

• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 34-Bed Facility

• Located in Grand Haven, MI

• Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs

• Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments as prescribed

• Assist with leadership and direction of CNA and caregiver team members

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies

• Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

• Certified and experienced in medication administration and IV services

• Working knowledge of state regulations governing long-term care

• Dependable, team-oriented professional with consistent attendance

• Dedication to providing exceptional care and enriching residents' daily lives
