Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care on MedSurg/Tele units with float assignments.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, including telemetry reading.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC charting system.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Participate in unit-specific orientations and follow facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with submission requirements met.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Competency in reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips.
• Experience with CHF, cardiac catheterization, pneumonia, and more.
• Ability to float to multiple units and handle basic telemetry patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
