We are currently seeking Inspector/Packers with the following qualifications: Professional Attributes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Ability to check parts for quality defects such as cracks and chip outs. Ability to trim and inspect parts as needed by customer specifications. Ability to count, organize and package parts per requirements. Ability to properly complete all shift paperwork per work instructions. Ability to communicate all part defects or problems regarding production issues to Lead, Technician, and/or Supervisor. Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ability to work as a team. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required Positive outlook while working through obstacles Self-starter, high level of initiative Good communication skills — written, verbal, active listening What You’ll Love About Us: Salary: $17 / hour Plus Shift Differentials for night shift 11 Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Pay 12-Hour Shifts, 3-2-2 Rotations Day(6:45am-7pm) and Night Shifts(6:45pm-7am) Available !
