• Global or Zeiss operating microscopes in each operatory
• CBCT

• Success is measured by the quality of relationships with patients, referring doctors and the standard of care provided

Position Details

• Full-time position available (4.5 days a week, including Saturdays)
• Path to Partnership can be considered for qualified candidates
• Expected Compensation: $350,000+ annually
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000
• Ideal candidates are personable, self-motivated, and experienced Endodontists
• Work within a well-organized team dedicated to high standards of care
• Be part of a practice that addresses individual patient needs and concerns
• Very low turn over with support team members

Qualifications

• Degree in Endodontics with experience in performing root canals and other related treatments
• Experience: At least one year of clinical experience post residency preferred
• Comfortable using advanced dental technology and equipment
• A compassionate and caring approach to patient care
• Strong communication skills, able to explain procedures and manage patient expectations
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
