Job Description
Provide clear directions and information to our guests. Respond promptly and professionally to requests for assistance. Observe and proactively address potential security issues and threats. Complete daily reporting requirements. Conduct identification and bag checks. Enforce safety rules and regulations. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent guest service skills. One year of relevant experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform tasks while standing and walking for long periods of time. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
