Lead a first-rate dining program, coach a top team, and partner with Events/Sales to maximize private bookings and flawless events. Thrilling shift, big impact, people development.

What You'll Do

Handoff flawless guest experiences from door to farewell.
Drive service excellence; act fast on guest feedback.
Own inventory for tools, supplies, and event needs.
Enforce safety and sanitation with hands-on leadership.
Elevate brand with every guest touch; boost loyalty.
Cut costs, reduce waste, optimize processes.
Recruit, train, mentor; keep the team strong during peak times.
Collaborate with Events/Sales for private bookings and stellar events.
Lead seasonal programs (Holiday Pop-Up Bar) with creativity and flair.
