Upscale Host - Guest Seating & First Impression

Major Food Group is seeking a Host at Carbone Miami! MFG is hiring an experienced Host/ess with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant Seat customers according to the established plan Keep front desk and waiting area clean Ensure menus and other items remain stocked Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant preferred Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations Follow appropriate food safety guidelines Able to work a variety of shifts Able to stand for long periods of time
