Our restaurant servers will deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining and special event experiences for our residents and their guests. As a Dining Room Server , you’ll enjoy a dependable schedule with no late-night shifts, a stable and supportive work environment, and the opportunity to serve the same guests each day. This consistency allows you to build genuine connections, learn individual preferences, and create a warm, personalized dining experience where you can anticipate needs before guests even ask. While Dining Room Server roles at Belmont Village are not tip-eligible, our team members are providing a more meaningful and relationship-driven experience compared to traditional restaurant work. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal The certification says Great Place to Work®.
