Overview Pay: $21.00 an hour Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 (Lake Ozark is the only location for this role.) Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates , also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians , to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges. This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program. Responsibilities Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development Engage in group therapy and team-building activities Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth. Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Age 21+ Ability to pass background checks and physical Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required) EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
