Salary$ - $ LocationAustin, TX, USAContractPermanentIndustryActuarialContactHannah Our client is a profitable, rapidly growing health insurer seeking an experienced employer medical stop-loss specialist to help build its developing ASO and self-funded offering.This is a highly visible individual-contributor opportunity with responsibility for shaping the company’s specific and aggregate stop-loss pricing strategy. The successful candidate will become the internal subject-matter expert, with considerable influence over pricing methodologies, processes and systems.You’ll review and improve the existing pricing model, advise on deductibles, attachment points and coverage structures, provide current market intelligence and help incorporate stop-loss pricing into the company’s proprietary rating platform.
