Join Macquarie Capital's Finance and Tax Division, supporting a group of senior executives at the Managing Director and Director level within a high performing, deal driven environment. This team operates at pace across complex transactions, offering high visibility, meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to act as a true business partner rather than purely in a support role. You will support a core group of executives within a broader team of professionals, working closely across regions on active transactions and strategic initiatives. - 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives (Managing Director or equivalent level), ideally within investment banking, financial services, or another fast paced, high-performance environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and tact
- Proven ability to operate proactively and independently, solving problems, anticipating needs, and delivering consistently high quality outcomes under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with tools such as Concur and Coupa
