Long Term Care Pharmacist - Salem, VA

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Long Term Care Pharmacist to join our team in Salem, Virginia. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately
Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency
Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians

What We're Looking For:

Active Pharmacist license (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High level of professionalism, energy, and work ethic

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule: On-site
