Long Term Care Pharmacist - Salem, VA
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Long Term Care Pharmacist to join our team in Salem, Virginia. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians
What We're Looking For:
- Active Pharmacist license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, energy, and work ethic
