Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team on a full-time contract basis. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that bring our brands to life across a variety of print and digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creativity with strong execution while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This position will partner closely with marketing, sales, dealer, distributor, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality assets that support business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including: Print collateral Product catalogs and brochure Digital marketing assets Point-of-purchase displays Dealer and distributor support materials Sales enablement content Brand communications Ensure consistent application of brand standards and visual identity across all channels and materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions. Incorporate feedback from marketing, creative, and business teams to refine and improve design concepts. Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution. Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives through timely delivery of creative assets. Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging creative technologies. Explore opportunities to leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency.

professional experience. 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house creative team, agency, or similar environment. Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and digital design. Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Experience working within established brand guidelines. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating content-rich marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, product guides, and customer-facing communications. Experience supporting dealer, distributor, retail, or channel marketing programs. Familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies. Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and sales teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Fitchburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
