Warehouse

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations. Pick and package orders accurately for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Label, sort, and organize products and materials. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Report damaged products, equipment issues, or shortages to management. Complete assigned warehouse tasks within established deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and counting skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training. Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate to high activity levels. Exposure to moving equipment and machinery. Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and productivity. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. Preferred Skills Forklift certification (preferred but not required). Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
