Technical Support Specialist

Job Description Job Description The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for MeeFog systems including troubleshooting, startup support, controls diagnostics, and customer service coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers and field personnel. The position includes a mix of office-based technical support and occasional travel for onsite assistance, commissioning, and service support. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for MeeFog pumping and fogging systems - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related system issues - Assist customers and field technicians with startup and operational support - Support Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI troubleshooting activities - Review system alarms, operating conditions, and field performance data - Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues - Assist with preparation and review of service reports and technical documentation - Support installation supervision and commissioning activities when required - Help identify opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements - Maintain strong customer communication and follow-up throughout support cases Qualifications - Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience - Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment or pumping systems preferred - Familiarity with PLC systems, especially Allen-Bradley controls, is a plus - Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities - Willingness to travel occasionally for field service and customer support - Experience with industrial automation, controls, or HVAC/process systems is beneficial Preferred Experience - High-pressure pumping systems - VFDs, motors, sensors, and instrumentation - Industrial controls and automation - Commissioning or field service work - Customer-facing technical support roles What We Offer - Competitive compensation - Overtime opportunities - Career growth within a growing technical organization - Exposure to industrial power generation and advanced cooling systems - Collaborative team environment - Hands-on involvement with engineering and field operations Please contact Human Resources at View phone number on click.appcast.io for more information or email resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Equal Employment Opportunity Company Description Mee Industries Inc. was founded in 1969.
