Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team plays a critical role in that mission—providing high-intensity, wraparound services that help individuals experiencing serious mental illness live meaningful lives in the community. Position Overview SeaView is seeking an experienced and passionate ACT Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment program. This position serves a micro-team of approximately 25–35 clients, ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with ACT fidelity standards and individualized client needs. The ACT Team Leader also functions as a practicing clinician, providing direct therapeutic interventions, care coordination, and clinical oversight. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a licensed or license‑eligible behavioral health professional who values team collaboration, field‑based service delivery, and client‑centered care. Our ACT Team Includes Full-Time ACT Nurse (RN) ACT Clinical Associate ACT Case Manager Psychiatric support provided by SeaView’s staff Psychiatrist You—the ACT Team Leader, providing both leadership and direct clinical care Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical direction to the ACT team. Maintain a small caseload, delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination. Facilitate daily team meetings, ensuring coordinated service delivery and adherence to ACT model principles. Collaborate closely with medical, housing, employment, and peer support services to promote holistic recovery. Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations. Support data tracking, fidelity reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in community outreach, case consultations, and interdisciplinary partnerships. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Alaska licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or eligibility for licensure within 6 months of hire. At least two years of experience in community mental health, crisis services, or an ACT/PACT setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment, team leadership, and communication skills.
