Tobin Exclusive: Perm Director of Nursing (RN) - Dover, OH We're seeking an accomplished Director of Nursing to lead this family owned and operated, high-acuity Skilled Nursing/Senior Living community in the New Philadelphia/Dover, Ohio area. About this Pivotal Role As the Director of Nursing at this fast-paced CCRC, you'll have the opportunity to lead Nursing Operations and build back upon the strong foundation of clinical excellence. You’ll develop and support clinical leaders and direct-care teams, ensuring appropriate staffing, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will inspire and drive survey readiness and continued clinical excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, professional development, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the Nursing Department Develop and support clinical leaders and direct-care teams Ensure appropriate staffing, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance Oversee individualized care planning and quality initiatives Drive survey readiness and continued clinical excellence Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professional development, and compassionate care Requirements No less than 3+ years of DON experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Strong clinical leadership and team-development skills Experience in a high-acuity SNF environment Respiratory and/or ventilator-care experience preferred A demonstrated history of positive survey and quality outcomes Strong knowledge of Medicare and regulatory requirements The ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment A passion for turn-around challenges, in a supportive culture What This Opportunity Offers A 5-star CMS Quality Measures rating Corporate, regional, and facility-level support Annual earning potential starting at $125,000+ Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO/vacation time, and 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr
