Leading a team of National Account Coordinators, the full-time Manager will oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure exceptional customer service in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the National Account Coordinator team to enhance performance and efficiency Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and oversee rental order coordination Monitor team KPIs and prepare reports on productivity and support activities for leadership Required qualifications Previous management experience is preferred In-depth knowledge of the equipment rental industry is highly preferred Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
