IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in delivering technical assistance to end users while ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires a proactive and customer-oriented approach to resolve issues and enhance user experiences.Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to Windows/macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and other IT systems.• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices for end users.• Manage and administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Azure AD.• Document support cases, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and deployment for new and departing employees.• Apply updates, patches, and basic security measures to ensure system integrity.• Collaborate with senior support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure their resolution.• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating technical solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
