Hiring Residential Roofers!We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Residential Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential roofing systems while working safely and efficiently. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and replace residential roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and other materials.Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces for installation.Measure and cut roofing materials to fit project specifications.Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation systems, and waterproof barriers.Inspect roofs for damage and recommend repairs.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain a clean and organized job site.Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.Work effectively with crew members, supervisors, and homeowners.Qualifications1+ years of residential roofing experience preferred.Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and installation techniques.Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.You join a team that values reliability, craftsmanship, and professional growth. The setting is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring adherence to safety practices and a practical, work-ready attire suitable for construction activities.This is a Contract position based out of Burien, WA. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
