Reporting to the Field Systems Subscriptions Manager, the Subscription Support Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for subscription-related support, licensing, device activations, and administrative processes. The CCFS Subscription Support Coordinator will provide technical and administrative support for subscription products and services. This position is responsible for coordinating licensing and activation activities, resolving support issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Activate software licenses, cellular services, and subscription entitlements for customers.
- Verify licensing, subscription eligibility, and device entitlements for subscribed products.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 2 support requests related to licensing, activations, and subscriptions.
- Submit and manage internal requests related to serialized device ownership and support processes.
- Partner with Subscription Specialists to support evolving program requirements and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to fulfill customer subscription needs and ensure service delivery.
- Work closely with business area teams to address high-priority support initiatives.
- Coordinate with global teams to identify and resolve complex technical or operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to subscriptions, licensing, and customer support activities.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1+ years of experience supporting technical operations, licensing, subscriptions, software provisioning, or a related area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately process technical information and administrative tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Basic troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Experience supporting software licensing, device activations, subscriptions, or entitlement management.
- Familiarity with technical support, provisioning, or customer operations processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven organization.
- Exposure to enterprise software, connected devices, telecommunications, or subscription-based products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and identify effective solutions.
- Associate degree or additional technical training in a related field.
