Key Responsibilities Work individually and as a team to work through the billing cycle for all of ApexNetwork PT's locations! Billing team members work with account auditing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and patient billing Adequately answer patient questions, including providing a benefit review Perform electronic and paper billing Handle phone calls professionally and with courtesy Collaborate with team members to problem solve and achieve team goals Understand Apex protocol and become proficient with our software systems What We’re Looking For Experience in medical or dental billing is preferred High attention to detail Ability to remain organized under deadlines Investigative nature Passion and dedication to personal growth and the growth of Apex Excellent written and verbal communication skills Perks and Benefits Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.
