Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector - First ShiftM Force Partners is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations by inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, using precision measuring tools, and interpreting technical drawings while maintaining compliance with safety and quality procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect raw materials, parts, and finished products to ensure they meet product specifications and quality standardsIdentify and document defects or non-conforming materials according to quality proceduresInspect and document critical dimensions and surface characteristics based on company and customer standardsMaintain accurate inspection documentation and quality recordsGenerate required documentation for non-conforming materials following quality system proceduresNotify supervisors of quality deviations or nonconformities identified during inspectionVerify completed pack-outs and product kits following product guidelines and company standardsParticipate in and document quality audits of finished products and manufacturing processesAssist with developing or improving operational procedures and inspection methodsFollow all company safety policies, quality standards, and established proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent3+ years of Quality Control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and weld gaugesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systemsU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsFormal education in Quality Assurance or related fieldExperience using ERP or inventory management systems
