What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Own the Site: Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring sub-contractors, trades, and internal crews stay aligned, productive, and focused.
• Run the Schedule & Budget: Oversee projects from start to finish—tracking timelines, managing budgets, and keeping job costs where they belong.
• Enforce Uncompromising Safety: Maintain rigorous safety standards on-site daily, conducting toolbox talks and keeping compliance top of mind.
• Daily Problem Solving: Handle real-world job site hurdles as they pop up—finding fast, practical solutions without waiting on 5 levels of corporate approval.
• Trade Coordination: Coordinate material deliveries, sub-contractor schedules, and city inspections to keep momentum moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Construction Project Management experience (Commercial / Residential).
• Safety Credentials: Valid 30-Hour OSHA Training Certificate (or 10/30-hr equivalents) + Safety Manager Class completion.
• On-Site Presence: A "lead-from-the-front" mindset—you want to be on the site everyday where the action happens, not sitting behind a cubicle wall.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills with sub-contractors, field crews, and clients. You know how to command respect while building a positive environment.
• Tech & Time Management: Solid budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
