Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of experience in insurance defense, to join the team at one of the fastest-growing law firms in Atlanta! The firm represents businesses of all types, both nationally and regionally. The prestigious insurance coverage practice team is nationally recognized, and is proud to represent clients in federal and state courts across the country! This is a fulltime and onsite position at the firms office in Atlanta, Georgia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with clients and provide advice to mitigate risks Draft pleadings, respond to and issue discovery, draft motions and supporting memoranda. Conduct legal research Take and defend depositions Negotiate settlements informally and at mediations and settlement conferences Draft appellate motions and briefs

REQUIREMENTS
