Guaranteed On-Call Pay + Additional Hourly Earnings

Executive Home Care of Fort Myers is seeking dependable, experienced caregivers to join our Weekend Rapid Response Team. This unique position is ideal for caregivers who want guranteed weekend income while remaining available to assist clients when coverage needs arise.

As our Weekend On-Call Caregiver, you will serve as a vital member of our care team, providing coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and urgent client needs throughout the weekend.

Compensation:
$125 Guranteed Weekend On-Call Pay
PLUS
$16/hr for all client care hours worked while on call

The more shifts you cover the more money you earn.

On-Call Schedule
Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM

During this time, you must be available to accept assignments within our service are of Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Responsibilities

• Respond to weekend staffing needs and caregiver call-outs
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning and mobility support
• Follow Client care plans and agency policies
• Maintain accurate communication with office staff regarding shift coverage
• Promote client safety, comfort and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or CNA certification
• Minimum 1 Year of Caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with transfers, gait belts, positioning and mobility assistance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fort Myers and Cape Coral 
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
