Team Leader - Moo Moo Express Car Wash

Location 3580 S High St, Columbus, Ohio, 43207 Job Title Team Leader Salary $17.50 per hour Job Overview Join Express Wash Concepts, one of the region’s fastest-growing and award-winning companies. As a Team Leader you will support the site’s facility and operations, drive customer service and sales, ensure quality standards, and lead a team. Responsibilities Support the site’s facility and operations. Deliver outstanding customer service. Boost sales growth and educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club. Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks. Lead the team to achieve high-quality service standards. Address customer escalations calmly and effectively. Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process. Drive team performance to exceed service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance. Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment. Aspire for excellence and set an example through leadership. Maintain a professional appearance per appearance guidelines.
