Job Details:


• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Every other weekend rotation required with no holiday rotation
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• 2+ years of emergency department experience required, travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Float to similar units as needed and be willing to float to other locations including Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior
• Work in 16-bed emergency department treating all ages and acuity levels
• Normal patient ratio of 1:4 with exceptions for temporary surges
• Navy blue scrub color required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call for low census hours with 2-hour minimum callback pay
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
• Must be hardworking, resilient, and manage change well with strong social skills
