This contract position supports a full-time, full school year (FSY) schedule, serving multiple sites within the district and providing therapeutic services to students with a range of needs from mild to severe.

As an itinerant clinician, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and supervising therapists to deliver targeted interventions that foster student participation and success in educational environments. Supervision will be provided, ensuring you feel supported and confident in your role.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid, active COTA license in Arizona
• IVP Fingerprint Card required per state regulations
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to support students with diverse needs, from mild to severe disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt across multiple school sites
• Dedication to delivering services with compassion, discretion, and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to support students’ educational goals
• Travel between approximately three school sites to ensure consistent therapy delivery
• Implement individualized therapy plans and document progress
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and supervising OT for effective communication and support
• Attend meetings and participate in IEP process as needed
