Job Responsibilities:

• Delivers patient care, assesses and evaluates patients' needs and applies critical thinking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team in development, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with patients.
• Prioritizes all aspects of patient care.
• Escalates potential safety hazards or gaps.
• Utilizes institutional information technology by documenting nursing practice to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.

• Two (2) Years of Urology Experience.
• One (1) year of traveler experience.
• Must have urology exp
• Must have outpatient exp

• Epic Experience.

• BSN.

• NYS RN License.
• BLS.
