UX Designer

to join our CX Consulting practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity!

We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and a track record

designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions

What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients to understand

their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements
Conduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive

analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions
Execute on Visual Design from initial concepts to a refined design

with some guidance and coaching
Execute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid and high fidelity) with

minimum guidance & coaching
Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time
Be an advocate for the user centric design at our company
Contribute to the company’s Design culture
What You Will Bring:

2+ years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a

consulting or agency environment
Digital portfolio, user-centered design projects and user experiences is required
Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or XD
Have practiced using design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops, to build empathy for our users
Have a working knowledge of

Design Systems
Ability to design across various channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etc
Effective communication,

presentation, and collaboration skills
Great working knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
A passion for user-centered

design and a continuous drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required
Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings
$75,000 - $90,000 a year
