Summary This vacancy is for a GS-2001-9, Supply Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SFLC PB SUPPLY SEC 1 -SFLC-PBPL-SUPP-1 in BALTIMORE, Maryland. Responsibilities You will serve as a Supply Specialist and be responsible for providing overall management of the SFLC Wholesale Inventory Depot Level Reparable Mandatory Turn-In (MTI) program. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Providing overall management command within SFLC wholesale inventory depot level reparable mandatory turn-in (MTI) program in accordance with SFLC. Providing return instructions to units IAW ELCINST 4419.1 series. Utilizing a wide variety automated system and reports to continuously monitor the status of outstanding inventory due-ins which have not been received. Generating and maintaining specific program guidance via USCG documents for SFLC interest. Researching as required for appropriate ISO documentation, identifying areas for process improvements. Maintaining all appropriate programs, forms, reports, and records in accordance with SFLC instruction. Mandatory training is required which must be successfully completed and other training may occur as necessary for success in the position. A. Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers Level I (FAC P/PM-I) or management determined equivalent within two years of entry into the position. Qualifications To qualify at the GS-09 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the federal sector.
