Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Summary Senior Clinical Research Coordinator assists Investigators in executing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA and GCP guidelines, study protocols, while providing an impeccable patient experience in every interaction. Executes study protocol procedures in a detailed, organized, and professional manner. Collects Medical Histories, Concomitant Medications, and demographics. Collects data for AE assessments. Works directly with PI and research team to complete inclusion/exclusion, perform follow-ups and unscheduled visits, and drive retention and compliance. Maintains study-specific files and supplies. Communicates with the Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-specific questions. Participates in site visits from Sponsors/CROs, including site initiation and monitoring visits. Additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Familiar with collecting medical histories. Clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations. Phlebotomy experience, EKG or other patient lab/procedures preferred. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources. Ethical compass that compels honesty, detail-orientation, and self-drive. High-level critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology.
