We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This position requires technical skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely while performing facilities and equipment repairs as well as preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems and walk-in coolers.Shift – Full Time, Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and rotating "On-Call" duty with other techsCompensation/Benefits - $35-40/hour, Health Insurance, Dental, Paid time offTroubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair restaurant level equipment:Strong practical knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing systems, and other ancillary equipment.Service and repair 5-10 ton HVAC unitsHandle thermostats and remote equipment controllersService and repair walk in and reach in coolersMonitor equipment to detect malfunctions for electrical and mechanical faultsUse appropriate hand & power tools, refrigerant gauges, multi meters, ohmmeters, and other related equipment in the performance of PM and repairs.Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, roof topsKeep equipment warranty/repair records and asset tags up to dateMild plumbing work (sinks, drains)Mild electrical work (switches, outlets, conduit)Manage Corrigo, Service Channel, Service Titan W/O, equipment taggingReplacing or reaffixing floor tilesSheetrock work, taping, floating, and paintingQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferredMinimum 5+ year's experience with HVAC/RMinimum 2 year's experience with oven/hot equipment repairsEPA Type 2 or Universal certification, Contractor's license preferredRETA / NATE certification preferredOther RequirementsMust pass a background check and random drug screeningsMust have a clean driving record – will undergo regular MVR reportsMust have a smart device to communicate and access Service ChannelMaintain an accurate inventory of supplies and toolsComplete work orders promptly, prioritizing critical tasksWork without direct supervision on daily assigned tasksMust be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsMust be able to perform under extreme stress when there is an equipment failureMust communicate clearly and effectively via both verbal and writtenCritical thinker with good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detailsMust be able to work in temperatures ranging from 30 degrees and up to 100 degrees for long periods of timeMust be comfortable working in narrow aisles and passageways including confined spaces for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 50 pounds or more on a frequent basisThe ability to stand or kneel for multiple hours at a timeGood manual dexterityAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
