Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a compassionate, skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a supportive healthcare team in Rifle, Colorado —a hidden gem on the Western Slope of the Rockies! About The Opportunity As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll work collaboratively to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. Your expertise will make a difference every single day in a facility that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork. Responsibilities Include Administering respiratory therapy treatments and procedures Monitoring and evaluating patient progress Collaborating with nurses and physicians on care plans Managing ventilators, performing diagnostic tests, and documenting care Qualifications RRT or CRT licensed in Colorado (or willing to obtain) BLS (required), ACLS (preferred) At least 1 year of recent experience Ability to adapt quickly and work independently A spirit for adventure doesn’t hurt!
