Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity focused on delivering high quality, relationship driven care. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and long-term clinical stability.

Position Overview: This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, 4x10 option available, 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours, 1:12 phone only call shared with MD.

Compensation: Base salary: $110,000 to $135,000, fiscal year productivity bonus.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, manage patient panel with continuity of care focus, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team, utilize Athena EMR for documentation, support preventive and chronic disease management.
