A fast-growing restaurant group is seeking an energetic, results-driven Catering & Sales Manager to lead catering growth and build strong community partnerships throughout Atlanta, GA . This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on developing new business, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving revenue growth in a dynamic restaurant environment.

As our Catering & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating catering sales, managing client relationships, coordinating events, and identifying new opportunities to expand our brand presence across Atlanta, GA . You will work closely with restaurant operations teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Prospect and secure new catering clients throughout Atlanta, GA .
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate, community, and social event customers.
• Respond promptly to catering inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
• Coordinate event details with clients and internal restaurant teams.
• Manage catering calendars, contracts, and event logistics.
• Attend networking events and community functions to promote the brand.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to increase catering awareness and bookings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of catering sales, restaurant sales, hospitality sales, or event management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Atlanta, GA as needed.
• Experience with CRM systems and catering software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually
