Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering quality solutions to customers.
• Assist customers experiencing financial hardship by offering tailored payment and recovery options.
• Use negotiation and problem-resolution techniques to collect payments on delinquent accounts.
• Follow policies and compliance guidelines including Fair Debt Collection Practices and data security laws.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system of record.
• Consistently meet departmental goals for quality, call metrics, and operational performance.
• Remain adaptable to changes in business needs and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Associate Degree
• 1+ year of customer service or collections experience preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to navigate digital phone systems and work in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour
