Strategic Contract Recruiter — Robotics/Automation
Formic Technologies, Inc.
Formic is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles for a period of five months (approximately September 2026 - February 2027) in Chicago. A successful candidate will be a natural at building relationships, removing obstacles, and closing for both technical and non-technical talent. They will perform well in a fast-paced environment.
