Licensed Practical Nurse - Orthopedics Center

Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Orthopedics. Norwich Primary Work Shift: Day. Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Compensation Range: $21.80 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience. When We’re Hiring CMH is looking for an LPN to join our newly expanded Orthopedics Center opening in early June, 2026. This orthopedic unit is designed to better meet the needs of our growing patient community while enhancing care in Chenango County. Sign‑on Incentive: Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $7,500. Early‑career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness. Education / Experience Graduated from an accredited school of Practical Nursing. License / Certification: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90‑day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.
