Explore your potential with us today.Position SummaryThe Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, high-quality massage therapy services to guests in a luxury spa environment. This role focuses on guest well-being, relaxation, and exceptional service while upholding spa standards, safety protocols, and brand expectations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide a variety of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports, Aromatherapy) in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferencesConduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, and contraindicationsMaintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for all guestsUphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in treatment rooms and common areasEducate guests on spa services, enhancements, retail products, and wellness recommendationsAccurately document services rendered and guest feedback as requiredArrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointmentsMaintain current knowledge of services, treatments, and spa offeringsAdhere to all company policies, licensing requirements, and ethical standardsWork collaboratively with spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiencesWhat are we looking for?QualificationsValid state massage therapy license (required)Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferredKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and guest confidentialityFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive motions and exert physical effort throughout shiftsAbility to lift up to 25 poundsCompensation: $35 - $45Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
