This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations through accurate data entry, phone support, account assistance, and filing,

Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm )
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, orders, payments, and general store information.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer and sales information.
- Maintain organized customer records and filing systems.
- Assist sales associates by calculating pricing, financing, discounts, and other sales-related figures.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support administrative functions and general office duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience IN AN OFFICE SETTING
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including data entry.
- Good mathematical skills and comfort using calculators and working with numbers.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
