ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Proactively greet all arriving and departing guests to the event.
  
• Transport guests safely from Rangers' parking lots to their destination using golf carts.
  
• Be knowledgeable of the layout of the ballpark.
  
• Provide general information to guests to improve their game day experience.
  
• Educate guests on events/promotions in/and around the ballpark on day of event.
  
• Operate radio equipment to communicate with various area of the venue.
  
• All other duties as assigned.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service experience.
  
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  
• Must be able to pass a golf cart safety test and be trained to operate the golf cart.
  
• Ability to lift, pull, push and/or carry 15 pounds as necessary.
  
• Physical ability to walk, run and/or stand for up to 4-6 hours.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
