Senior Tax Manager
Underground Administration
Responsibilities Work with staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline. Review, approve, and sign tax returns for release to clients. Coach or mentor staff members to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their careers. Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns. Analyze tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied. Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business for the firm. Bill clients for the services and guidance provided. How This Position Fits in Our Organization Leading teams and working closely with partners and clients. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of tax return preparation and filing. Providing mentorship and development opportunities for staff. Contributing to the growth and success of the firm through client acquisition and relationship building.
