Maintenance Technician

Job TitlePay Rate: $38.34 per hour Duration: 2 Months Location: Allentown, PAResponsibilitiesPerform predictive, preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment.Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines.Repair, assemble, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.Perform facilities and building maintenance.Document work activities using CMM.RequirementsAssociate degree or Trade School in a technical field and a minimum of 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or a high school diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Preferred SkillsAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical/electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine repair method for failed components.Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLC, CNC, and other electronic controls.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Self-motivated and results-driven.
