WHERE IT IS LOCATED

WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Reports directly to the SVP of Product and will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customers to build and launch innovative product
Define and execute the product roadmap with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Capture requirements and user stories and manage feature priorities
Work closely with engineering teams to drive development efforts using Git and agile methodologies
Use AI tools like Cursor.com to help drive features
Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic planning
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to gather feedback and refine product direction
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve workflows and optimize processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
Track key performance metrics and continuously improve product offerings

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

4+ years' experience in software product management, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
Strong technology background, with an understanding of modern software development
Experience working with Git and collaborating with development teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on rapid iteration
Strong customer-facing skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to balance immediate product needs with long-term strategic vision
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong experience with agile product development methodologies
