• Friday - Saturday call only coverage
• Average 7 patients per shift
• Rounding required -- inpatient and outpatient
• Admissions required
• Neo-puff, newborn ventilation, ETT/NT intubation required
• UVC, UAC, chest tube, and needle decompression required
• Circumcision and suturing of minor lacerations required
• Fellowship required -- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
